We are looking to hire an "IT Officer" immediately who can perform all in house networking and make sure the smooth work process. The candidate should be able to to understand the IT issues including downtime and must have capability to resolve it right away.
We are a call center business and this is a front desk IT Position providing computing support to staff. The candidate will be responsible problem determination, problem recording and resolving the problem. The candidate will also be responsible to provide assistance directly to staff on duty. - LAN Networking
- Exchange Server Emails
- Proxy Server
- Inbound & Outbound Call Routing
- Windows / Software Installation
- Software Configuration
- Troubleshooting for end users
- Hardware and sotware upgrades
- Other Hardware i.e. Printer Installation
- Purchaes of new Hardware, IT Equipment
Candidates having Call Center experience will be given preference.
