The person should have experience and in depth knowledge of the following:

1- Preparation of complete export documents

2- Shipment Detail:

i. Complete working of LCL and FCL

ii. Communication with the customer on shipment size

iii. Develop the loading detail for factory and SC/PL for customer.

iv. Developing sale Performa invoice and get acknowledgment from customer.

v. Routine follow-up for shipment status and be ready for trade documents

vi. Communication with agent for shipment booking

vii.

3- Import Process:

i. Collecting complete information regarding import

ii. Receive and send back the supplier contract after approval

iii. Managing document for payment process

iv. Communication with clearing agent

v. Follow-up of shipment and delivery

vi. Coordination with finance department regarding payments.

4- Reporting Data:

i. Developing sales value sheet according to HSCODE and SKU

ii. Developing EE/FF statement

iii. Complete working of custom rebate cases, filing and maintaining of Mintex, RDA, SR2 & SR4.

iv. Follow-up of rebate cheques

v. Develop order sheet

vi. Perform all types of FedEx parcel courier working

5- Foreign Trip Arrangement:

i. Get complete approval of customer meetings

ii. Prepare complete tour travel plan

iii. Finalize ticketing, lodging and local travel

Grade: E-1

Perks: As per Grade

E1: 70cc Bike + Fuel (20 Liters) + Vehicle Maintenance (Rs. 750.00 or actual whichever is less) + Mobile Bill (Rs. 500.00)
