Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective local businesses in the UK (primarily takeaways, salons, and service-based industries)
- Introduce Go Connect Hub's business support services and explain the benefits
- Build rapport and qualify leads for follow-up or demo
- Use provided scripts while personalizing conversations based on client needs
- Record accurate call notes and lead outcomes in CRM or tracking system
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in cold calling, telesales, or B2B outreach
- Confident communicator with fluent spoken English
- Motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented
- Strong listening and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Knowledge of UK small business landscape
