Responsibilities of Support Engineer:
Monitor Systems: monitor the performance and capacity of computer systems using a variety of tools. Identify hardware, software, and environmental alerts or malfunctions and determine the cause of the problem.
Troubleshoot Problems: Triage or troubleshoot the occurring problem, while coordinating with third-party vendors, customer contacts, or other IT teams.
Track all Issues: Timely respond to incidents, carefully track and document all issues and resolutions in detail. Maintain and update ticketing system.
Client Interaction: Regularly interact with the global customers with diplomacy and politeness. Handle their technical and non-technical requirements and query in timely manner.
