As an Outbound Lead Generator, you will be dialing customers on an automatic dialing system, the customers you will speak to will have cars and you have to convince them to get insurance quotes.

Opportunity to grow in the company to become Team Lead/Manager.

Start Earning from 35,000/- to 60,000/- per month + bonus incentives to reach 100,000/-

Shift timings

Monday to Friday 7:30pm to 05:00am, Saturday twice in a month

To be a part of our company, you should:

Follow script and generate customer interest to get quotes.
Able to self-motivate to meet targets and deadlines.
Be proficient in English
Must not be enrolled in any educational curriculum or involved at any full/part time job.
Willing to work for minimum 12 months and sign a one-year contract
Opportunity to grow in the company to become Team Lead/Manager.
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
Should be proactive and aim to earn high bonuses
Research and target prospects using a variety of sales tools.
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Should be target-oriented, hard-working and punctual.
Applicant should preferably have previous Telesales experience in a USA campaign.
