Responsibilities.
1. Administration activities like housekeeping, Office Administration and coordination with other department
2. Purchasing Technical and General Items.
3. Supporting Plant Team
4. Pantry Management.
5. Factory and Office repair & Maintenance and Project Handling
6.Liaison with Government officials etc.7..Preparing various Management Information Report(Graphic) & Filing Important docs.
8. Supporting in Import of Goods ( SC, Bank Work, and Coordination with Clearing Agent)
9 Supporting Role for Visa Work for Management and Company’s Guest
10. Dealing with Service Provider, Vendors, Contractors.
11. Petty Cash Handling.
12 Monitoring employees and Factory through CCTV Cameras.
13. Coaching and Guiding Guards
