Preparation of Monthly Financials and report to Manager/G.G.M Finance.
- Custodian of General Ledger and Trial Balance.
- Custodian of cost of goods sold statement
- Monitoring and authentication of CPV/CRV/BRV/BPV/JVs.
- CapEx and OpEx Analysis and recording accordingly.
- Monitoring Export Sale (rate variation) activity with documentary controls.
- Monitoring and controlling sales return activity, along with issuance of Debit / Credit notes, keeping in view of company SOP.
- Management & recording of Accounts Receivable/ Payable (e.g. GIN, GRN, PU)
- Timely provisioning of all expected normal / abnormal liabilities
- Monitoring Monthly Product costing activity or whenever required.
- Liaison with Stock count team to conduct stock count in effective manner and monthly stock evaluation.
- Monthly Import costing and recording in the relevant ledgers
- Preparation of salary sheets after receiving confirmation on attendance from H.R Dept.
- Controlling and submission of receivable related reports.
- Month wise sales collection report
- Summary of receivables
- Receivable aging report(s), etc.
- Liaison with Tax department through Manager Finance for Monthly/Quarterly/Annual filling of Tax Returns.
- Assist Manager/G.G.M Finance in Annual/ Quarterly Statutory Audits.
- Providing management information to other team members regarding A & F.
