You will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium apartment units over the phone. You will engage with potential customers, build rapport, and effectively communicate the features and benefits of residing in Al Kareem Apartments. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, schedule appointments for property viewings, and ultimately close sales.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads list.
Introduce Al Kareem Apartments and highlight its unique selling points.
Understand customer needs and preferences to tailor the sales pitch accordingly.
Provide accurate information about apartment features, amenities, pricing, and availability.
Schedule appointments for interested customers to visit the property for viewing.
Follow up with leads and maintain communication to nurture potential sales opportunities.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
Document all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
Schedule appointments for property viewings, and ultimately close sales.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and able to handle objections effectively.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Knowledge of real estate industry
