Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the ERP system to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues and errors.
- Perform data entry and generate report.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement system updates, patches, and enhancements.
- Ensure data integrity and security by adhering to data management and protection policies.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of system documentation and user guides.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as an ERP System Operator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably with specific knowledge of the system used by the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
