Looking for Surveyor (Civil) for a project in its Islamabad. Experience related to High Rise Building projects will be preferred.

Requirements:

  • DAE Civil or Equivalent
  • Min Experience – 5 years in construction of Multi Storey buildings
  • The candidates must be self-driven, possess initiative and dynamic
  • Must have computer literacy especially MS offices
  • Must have AutoCAD proficiency to be able to create Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings
  • Must possess comprehensive knowledge and skill of using Total Station
  • Ability to read drawings and their comprehensive understanding
  • Past experience in High Rise Building projects

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise site work independently
  • Conduct surveys on construction sites
  • Supervise and provide guidance to field staff
  • Report on survey results and present findings to clients
  • Prepare level sheets for earthworks on AutoCAD
  • Use AutoCAD to create Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings

The following skills will be an added advantage:

  • Experience in Infrastructure Works
  • Supervisory Work
  • Writing of Daily Progress Reports & Company Labor Utilization
  • Experience in consultant side will be preferred
  • Understanding & Use of Bosch/Hilti Line Lasers for various interior finishing works such as tile works.
