· A 360 Degree monitoring of Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, CCTV, HR, Assets, Audit of Gourmet Bakeries.

· Monitoring Daily sales target achievement and Increasing Average Ticket size as well as customer Foot Fall.

· Monitoring staff performance, attendance etc.

· Monitoring company assets, maintenance schedules & asset transfers.
