Description:
Gourmet Pakistan is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Management Trainee Officer. The role is designed to develop future HR leaders by providing hands-on experience across key HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, training & development, performance management, and HR operations. The MTO will work closely with HR professionals and leadership to support strategic and day-to-day HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Support the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth joining experience.
Help organize induction sessions and prepare onboarding documentation.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and surveys.
Help design communication materials for HR initiatives and policy updates
Assist in the coordination of performance appraisal cycles.
Help manage the documentation and follow-up of performance reviews and goal-setting processes.
Education:Masters in Business Administration with specialization in HR
