- Sales force management & enablement of all Products in assigned Region i.e. Retail expansion, Projects Marketing & bring agents on board for development projects.
- Finalize new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating terms and conditions
- Convince the Real Estate channel of respective zone to invest & advertise through our portal, ensuring their viability.
- Negotiating with the clients directly as well as assisting the Area Manager in the negotiation process
- Manage Area Managers, Catalog & Inventory Officer team
- Develop strategy in order to build engaged retail base
- Work with support functions to control retail churn and improve life cycle
- Assign and monitor monthly targets of the team.
