We're seeking a skilled and passionate Mid-Level .NET Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain the front-end and back-end components of web applications using the .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API), modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular/Vue.js – choose which is relevant), and SQL databases.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a positive and productive team dynamic.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
Best Practices: Champion clean, scalable code, testing, and adherence to development standards.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest .NET technologies and web development trends.

What You Bring:

Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on development experience in the .NET ecosystem.
Technical Expertise: Mastery of C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, modern JavaScript frameworks, SQL Server, Postgres SQL, and understanding of cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
Problem-Solving: A knack for debugging issues, identifying performance bottlenecks, and optimizing code.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively share ideas and progress with diverse team members.
Leadership Potential: A proactive mindset with the ability to motivate others and provide technical direction.

Nice to Have:

Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with Python
A portfolio of projects showcasing your .NET development skills.
