We seek a skilled and experienced cook to join our hotel team in Pakistan. The candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious and high-quality meals for our guests, ensuring that all food is cooked to perfection and served promptly. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including Pakistani cuisine, continental dishes, and other international cuisines.
Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
Manage food inventory and order supplies as needed.
Monitor food production to ensure that all dishes are prepared promptly.
Work with other kitchen staff to ensure that all food is prepared and served on time.
Ensure that the kitchen is clean and organized at all times.
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cook in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Experience preparing Pakistani cuisine, continental dishes, and other international cuisines.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Diploma or degree in culinary arts or related field is preferred.
