Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and a passion for visual storytelling. This role involves transforming ideas into compelling visuals that effectively communicate across various media platforms. While a BFA degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred, candidates with equivalent experience and a robust portfolio will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Develop visually appealing designs for both digital and print media, including social media graphics, websites, brochures, banners, and advertisements. Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to create design concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts tailored for multiple platforms. Edit and retouch images to enhance overall visual impact. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to introduce fresh ideas. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are consistently met. Contribute creative input during brainstorming sessions for new campaigns and projects.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of professional experience in graphic design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as other relevant design tools, is essential. A strong understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout techniques is required. The ability to create visually appealing designs that maintain brand consistency is critical. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary, along with keen attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense. Candidates must be capable of working independently as well as part of a team. While a BFA degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline is preferred, it is not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
