- Maintaining petty cash book record and recording its transaction on accounting software on a regular basis
- Dealing with transfers, payments, tax, Budget follow-up, Debts follow-up,
- Contract follow-up, Bank reconciliation statement, Cash management, Filling
- Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records.
- Preparation of all types of vouchers.
- Cross-checking of invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
- Preparation of fixed assets register and ensuring that all company assets are properly tagged.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Minorities/PWD are encouraged to apply.
- Performs other duties as requested by HOD.
