Company- Rawtech Trade is a startup tech marketplace for Plastic Raw Materials. Its parent company, Green Plastics, has been in the industry since 2011 and has branched out in the UK to pursue this business model through tech.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruitments / Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
  • Talent Acquisition: Screening, Sourcing through LinkedIn and other social platforms, Scheduling and Coordinating Interviews, Negotiating and Rolling out Offers
  • HR Executive is responsible for end-to-end HR functions Internal Hiring (sourcing, interviewing and onboarding) of recruiting & support staff.
  • Induction and Onboarding of new joiners
  • Managing the exit process
  • Responsible for other HR activities like attendance management, employee productivity monitoring, performance management, process compliance, leave management, payroll management, Pakistan Payroll compliances and employee grievance handling.
  • Should have general and business process awareness, Internet awareness, computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel) and decent typing skills required.
  • The purpose of this role is to manage the respective teams to deliver high-quality, professional and proactive service to the client, within agreed SLAs. The role's purpose includes also the management of day-to-day team issues and escalations.
  • Arrange for logistical quotes for shipments, coordinate with the agents and prepare documents required like commercial invoices, packing list etc.
  • Keep up to date on the legal requirements for export/import in the regions Green Plastics operates and comply with all pre-export documentation.
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of tenders
  • Identifying potential team members which can bring value to our company in areas like Sales, Purchase, HR etc. to create an effective team based in Pakistan or globally

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Bachelor Degree 
  • 2-5 Years of HR Experience
