Job Description

directly working under the CEO, the Company Secretary will be responsible for maintaining the statutory registers of the Company. He/She will be coordinating the Board meetings pertaining to the Foundation, recording accurate meeting minutes and follow up on actions based upon the decisions taken by the Board. Any other matters of the Foundation as related to the Company affairs will also be the responsibility of this individual.

Educational Qualification & Experience

The ideal candidate must be holding a master degree in Business Administration or Commerce or being a Corporate Law graduate from a recognized university. A bachelor’s degree in any of the above said disciplines along with extremely effective communication skills is the minimum requirement.
