Job brief:

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sr. Sales Executive / Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.

The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
  • Visit potential customers for new and nationwide business.
  • Make accurate, rapid cost calculations, provide customers with quotations.
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales as per company policy.
  • Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on future buying trends.
  • Negotiate variations in price, delivery and specifications with Senior Management.
  • Advise on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions. 
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and visit to customer’s and follow up on strategy of Sales Head/Supervisor on daily basis.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Prepare forecast on monthly and quarterly basis and meet management expectation.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or seminars.
  • Submit a sales report to sales head on daily/weekly basis.
  • Focusing on monthly forecast sheet to achieve better results.
  • Coordinate with finance department for timely payments / receivables

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent Knowledge of MS Office
  • Through understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Faster Learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Target Oriented
  • Knowledge of UPS, Maintenance Free Batteries and Solar Product would be a plus point.   
  • Own conveyance is compulsory and company will offer monthly fuel as per company policy
