About this Job:

Reports to: CFO

Timing: US/Canada-based working hours

Salary: USD 1,000-1,500/month, depending on candidate profile

Key responsibilities:

Supervision of daily accounting transactions
Reconciliation of banks, credit cards etc.
Ensuring accurate and timely reporting for internal and external stakeholders
Internal controls framework

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of accounting practices as per GAAP/IFRS - preferred CA/CPA
Knowledge of US and Canada tax laws will be given high importance.
Knowledge of US/CA payroll practices and laws is also preferred.
Good written and spoken communication skills.
Experience in working with ERPs - experience with Odoo is a bonus.
