The position is responsible for implementation and execution of sales plan and strategies of FMCG/Condoms plus OTC/Pills at regional level, maintaining high quality of DPSM standards, executing trade marketing initiatives and ensuring achievement of sales targets and market expansion while ensuring compliance of company policies, marketing plans, BTL activities and distribution sales force supervision through a team of Area Sales Managers, Trade Executives/Managers Wholesales, Pharmacies and by close collaboration with along with an oversight of their counterparts in the M&P Consumer Products and Pharma Divisions. Position is also responsible to ensure donor deliverables of products availability, CYPs and no stocks out.
