A Canadian based company is looking for a Python/ web Scraping Expert
Developer responsibilities include writing and testing code, debugging programs and integrating applications with third-party web services. You should have experience data scraping using Selenium and other scraping tools.
You should be able to:
- Write effective, scalable code
- Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance
- Write effective code in Python and related frameworks like Django
- Expert in data scraping, scripting and automation using libraries like Selenium, Scrapy and Beautiful Soup.
Requirement:
- At least 1 - 2 years of Python experience and frameworks such as Django and Flask
- Familiarity with some ORM libraries
- Expert in Selenium and have fair knowledge of libraries like Scrapy and Beautiful Soup.
- Should have good understanding of Python frameworks
- Solid unit test and debugging skills and distinguish between multiple delivery platforms
- Should be comfortable with Git, continuous integration, and some server side knowledge of linux based systems.
