C# WinForms Development:

Design and Development: Creating user interfaces for desktop applications using C# and the WinForms framework.
Coding and Logic: Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented C# code to implement application functionality.
Database Interaction: Working with SQL Server databases to retrieve, store, and manipulate data for the application.
Testing and Debugging: Thoroughly testing the application, identifying and resolving bugs, and ensuring optimal performance.
Collaboration: Working with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Maintaining and Enhancing: Keeping the application up-to-date with new features and bug fixes.

SSRS Reporting:

Report Design: Creating reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to visualize data in a meaningful way.
Data Retrieval: Writing SQL queries and stored procedures to extract data from the database for use in reports.
Report Layout and Formatting: Designing the layout, formatting, and presentation of reports, including charts, tables, and other visualizations.
Report Deployment: Deploying reports to the SSRS server and ensuring they are accessible to users.
Report Optimization: Improving report performance and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
User Training: Providing guidance and training to users on how to effectively use the reports.

General Skills and Responsibilities:
