Job Summary:
Individual will be responsible for managing the rostering of officers for our clients. This includes scheduling, coordinating and managing the deployment of staff in various locations within the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all shifts are covered and that the security officers are deployed by our clients' requirements. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating with both clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate the deployment of security officers for various sites.
- Ensure that all shifts are covered and that security officers are deployed by clients' requirements.
- Manage the roster of security staff, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date.
- Communicate with clients and security officers to ensure that all parties are informed of any changes to the roster or schedule.
- Provide support to clients and security officers with any roster-related issues or queries.
- Maintain accurate records of all roster-related activities and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and security officers.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience in rostering or scheduling is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with rostering software is highly desirable.
