Job Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up regularly on leads, market outreach letters and calls made to the potential clients, ensuring viable leads are reported promptly to Supervisor.
  • Plan and implement efficient and intuitive marketing strategies and monitor social media activities to ensure positive brand awareness and image.
  • Conduct market research to define target audiences, evaluating service requirements in the industry.
  • Organize and oversee exhibitions and promotions, maintaining relationships with marketing vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
  • Perform competitor analysis to identify industry best practices that will help optimize existing campaigns, identifying gaps in the target market.
  • Collaborate with Supervisor in preparing marketing budget and monitoring expenses.
  • Assist in digital content planning and finalization, ensuring all marketing materials such as PPTs, brochures etc. are available for use.
  • Compile and submit reports with Marketing & Sales data and metrics, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis.
  • Review customer feedback, identifying grey areas and reporting to the Supervisor.
  • Any other task assigned by Manager BDCO
