Joining our team as a Junior Developer and Helpdesk Resource, your main responsibilities are acquiring the technical and functional knowledge of our main product, gulfHR, working actively as part of our support team to address tickets raised by clients, and make sure to deliver high-quality resolutions for reported issues, in addition to being able to develop modules, automate processes, and create reports based on defined requirements requested internally, or by our clients. Furthermore, you will be responsible for helpdesk and customer support functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
- Knowledge of customer service practices
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience & Strong knowledge in MS SQL structure and T-SQL coding principles
- Knowledge of the latest Web development technologies.
- Minimum 2 years experience
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards
- Test, and maintain web and desktop-based business applications;
- Package and support deployment of product releases
- Working with the team in the migration of older instances to the latest release.
- Analyzing and resolving technical and application problems.
- Adhering to high-quality development principles
