As a senior officer in Administration and facilities, you will assure the effective functioning of facilities to provide an efficient and safe working environment for employees and their activities by using best business practices to manage resources, services and processes to meet the needs of the company.

  • You will work closely with, stakeholders and cross functional teams to ensure seamless operation and maintenance of our building and facilities.
  • We are looking for a candidate that is well organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs.

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies ·
  • Prepare/update office policies and ensure compliance with them ·    
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance  ·    
  • Manage official phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) ·
  •  Support petty cash management, budgeting and bookkeeping procedures ·  
  •  Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary ·    
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned·    
  • Arrangements of travel and accommodation for staff and customers·      
  • Arranging both internal and external events ·     
  • Keep employee records (physical and digital) ·   
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment·   
  • Performing other relevant duties when needed ·  
  • Manage office inventory in timely manners ·   
  • Provide general support to visitors ·     
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing

Qualifications.·

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.·    
  • Proven experience as Administrator, Administrative Assistant or relevant role.·   
  •  Familiarity with office equipment·     
  •   Knowledge of office policies and procedures·   
  • Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)·   
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills·      
  • Strong written and oral communication skills ·    
  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
