Key Responsibilities:

Handle billings and data verification with precision to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare invoices promptly and accurately, adhering to established protocols and deadlines.
Maintain effective communication channels with clients and internal teams to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Proficient in preparing aging reports to track outstanding invoices and payments.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Oddoo for various accounting tasks, including vendor and partner payables processing.
Ensure invoices are processed accurately and promptly, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Prior experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related financial roles preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Oddoo.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
