Diagnose and trouble shoot technical issues related to hardware, network, system and software.
Keen understanding of the issues/requirement of the task.
Training of engineers in coordination for day to day task management.
Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
Consistent coordination with clients along with a series of actions, using different tools and for follow ups/feedback.
Coordination with internal team for accomplishment of the project/task.
Ensure all issues are properly logged
Efficient Management of multiple open issues/tasks
Report making
Building and maintaining an ongoing relationship with clients and engineers
Record maintenance of task/activities.
Confer with task / project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
Ownership of position / Assigned work.
