We are looking for a versatile and highly-organized customer service agent to perform personalized administrative duties for senior management.
- In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling correspondence on behalf of managers.
- You may also be required to make travel arrangements and assist with other duties when required.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
