Major Responsibilities:
- Assist in the formulation, review & approval of Governance Documents such as the Retail Banking Operations Manual, Islamic Banking documents, etc. per regulatory and internal requirements in coordination with respective stakeholders within the stipulated timeline.
- Assist in the timely initiation of a review of governance documents due during the year in coordination with the concerned stakeholders & approvals thereon.
- Drafting of circulars & providing guidance/instructions to branches/departments.
- Assisting in the regularization of SP&P-related irregularities and removal of delinquencies highlighted during inspection / internal audit reports.
