- Corresponding with Branches as well as with Vendors regarding arrangement of Asset Valuations.
- Prepare proper MIS/Data of all Valuation Reports conducted through RCAD-North.
- Voucher Posting to Branches for Vendor Payments and arrangement of payments from Finance Departments.
- Facilitate Branches for SECP Charge Creation, Modification & Vacation etc. documentation by liaison with Vendors.
- KRI Reporting of Valuation arranged from different Vendors.
- KRI Reporting of Stock Reports arranged from Stock Report Tickler.
- Coordinate with Internal/Global, External & SBP Auditors.
- Respond to Branches' Quires & facilitate them by providing documents and timely scanning of said Valuation Reports.
- Review of Hypothecation & Pledge Insurance Policies, maintain their record and arrange to send the Fortnightly Tickler(s) to all Branches.
- Input of Stock Reports in hPLUS & update Excel Sheet and arrange to send the Fortnightly Tickler(s) to all Branches.
- Handling all functions regarding Pledge Management i.e, Pledge-In and Pledge-Out of Stocks.
- To ensure all processes are in line with the Bank's Policy & Guidelines.
- Handling Asset Valuation requests of all Branches of entire Northern Region
