Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and chat
Address customer inquiries, resolve basic issues and escalate more complex problems to appropriate teams
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Perform other customer support and service tasks as assigned from time to time
Generate engaging and informative newsletters on a weekly basis to showcase our diverse range of products and services.
Tailor content to specific customer segments and preferences, ensuring relevance and value.
Implement strategic distribution methods to reach our target audience effectively, fostering strong customer engagement and retention.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in Excel Sheet

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of using computer applications such as Excel, Word etc
Qualification - Bachelor or equivalent
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and proactively
Outstanding writing skills and ability to adopt our company's voice across all messaging and content

Halifax & Company (Pvt) Ltd Sialkot- Pakistan was established since 1938 by Mr. Barkat Ali (Late). He was the founder of this Company. In early years, the Company was involved in making Components and Accessories of Musical Instruments such as Cane Reeds for Bagpipe & Clarinets. The Company used to be the Primary platform for the repair of Band Instruments relating to British Army Regiments during British Rule in Indian Subcontinent. With the lapse of time, the Company developed and expanded its line of instruments. Through research and development schemes company introduced many New Instruments up to the entire satisfaction of British Instrument Players. In the recent years, the Company has not only supplied its quality Instruments to all Armed Forces, Brass & Pipe Band in Pakistan as well as started Exporting its Instruments almost all over the world and have attained a distinguished report. It is a matter of great pride and admiration that all Brass Band Instruments manufactured by this Company are being used to welcome and salute to all Foreign Head of States, who visit Pakistan. The Company exhibits its full range of Instruments in Messe Frankfurt International Music Fair and Namm show Anaheim every year. Company has earned a very good name amongst International Musical Instruments Manufactures as well as Wholesalers.
