Schedule regular meetings and record minutes (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals in guidance with overall Project Scope
Create and update workflows in consultation with Project Managers
Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
Assist Project Managers and Work Stream Leads in data base management and report preparation
Monitor project progress and address potential issues, prepare and distribute project materials
Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
Measure and report on project performance weekly and monthly basis across all work streams defined
Point of contact for within the HIP PK team across different work streams as defined in Project scope to facilitate communications.
