We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the sports industry, particularly in the realm of sportswear. They will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to develop new products.
Manage the sales team to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing in the sports industry.
In-depth knowledge of sports items like basketball uniforms, baseball uniforms, tracksuits, and other sportswear.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
