We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a General Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive skill set, including HR department start-up, manufacturing operations management, employee administration, operational task handling, and relationship management. As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and oversee the HR department, including recruitment, training, and performance management processes.
  • Manage all aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to employees, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
  • Oversee employee administration functions, including payroll, benefits, and HR policies implementation.
  • Handle operational tasks effectively, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and facility maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Sound knowledge of HR principles and practices, with experience in setting up HR departments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing operations management and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software; familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing software is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of accountability and integrity.
