We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a General Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive skill set, including HR department start-up, manufacturing operations management, employee administration, operational task handling, and relationship management. As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and oversee the HR department, including recruitment, training, and performance management processes.
Manage all aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Provide leadership and guidance to employees, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
Oversee employee administration functions, including payroll, benefits, and HR policies implementation.
Handle operational tasks effectively, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and facility maintenance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and profitability.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years.
Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
Sound knowledge of HR principles and practices, with experience in setting up HR departments.
Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing operations management and process improvement.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software; familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing software is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of accountability and integrity.
