Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and off boarding processes
- Help organize training sessions and HR events
- Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Qualifications:
- Ddegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of HR software is a plus
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
