Job Description

Duties includes but not limited to:

Patient demographic entries into billing system
Claims creation with mapping of valid ICDs against CPTs
Collection of accounts recievables by establishing payment arrangements with insurances and patients, monitoring payments; following up with insurance and patients.
Payment posting through ERAs and manual paper EOBs.
Utilize best Microsoft office Suite skills to evaluate and managing daily work flow efficiently.
Calling to insurances in USA to get recovered accrued balances.
Maintains work operations by following company policies and procedures, reporting to higher management (daily/weekly/monthly)
Maintains quality results by following standards.
Enhances billing department by accepting challenges for accomplishing new and different assignments
Other responsibilities as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Candidate must have great english communication skills (verbal and written)
Candidates having experience in laboratory billing are encouraged to apply
Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPTs would be great addon
Hands on grip on dealing with healthcare insurance in USA
Having min. bechelors degree (Graduate/Undergraduate)
