  1. Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  2. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  3. Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
  4. Provide technical support to end-users in person, over the phone, or via remote desktop.
  5. Set up accounts for new users, including email and other applications.
  6. Manage and monitor security infrastructure, including CCTV, firewalls and antivirus programs.
  7. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
  8. Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security.
  9. Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
  10. Assist in the documentation of IT procedures and processes.
  11. Keep up-to-date with advances in technology and industry best practices.
  12. Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
