You will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of our business. You will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis:

  •     Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  •     Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor sales strategies accordingly.

2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  •     Generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
  •     Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  •     Generate as many qualified leads as possible for ERP and eCommerce projects.

3. Client Relationship Management:

  •     Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  •     Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to propose customized Odoo ERP solutions.

4. Sales and Revenue Generation:

  •     Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  •     Prepare and present compelling proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

  •     Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  •     Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  •  Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the IT consulting industry.
  •  In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, with a focus on Odoo ERP.
  •  Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align technology solutions with client needs.
  •  Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  •  Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  •  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  •  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
