Qualifications:

Odoo Certified V16 or V17.
Minimum 5 years experience as a functional consultant experience with USA Clients.
Experience with Odoo ERP implementation including expertise in Accounting, Manufacturing and Custom Reports.
Bachelor's Degree.
Excellent spoken English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Understand Customer requirement by undertaking As Is analysis, doing a gap analysis and preparing final requirements.
Identify customer pain points.
Have an understanding of various Odoo Apps and Modules including Accounting, Manufacturing, CRM, Sales, Purchase, & POS.
Able to build customer reports as per customer specifications.
Being able to work as a part of team to delivery successful implementation of Odoo ERP.
Communicate project status, milestones, and any potential risks or issues to clients in a clear and timely manner.
Able to train junior functional consultants.
