We are looking for a candidate as an Network Engineer to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure, He will response to the queries of other department users related to software and hardware problems and help them in install applications and programs.

Network Engineer responsibilities include resolving network issues, installing, configuring and updating operating systems and using remote desktop connections

Tools / Skills

Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Must have in-depth understanding and knowledge in computer networks.
Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
Good understanding of computer Systems / Windows Servers and Active Directory.
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to users
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools
Assists with establishing networking environment by installing, configuring, testing and documenting the equipment/network systems according to the design and specifications.
Assists with day-to-day networking tasks to ensure network reliability, availability and serviceability within minimal interruption.
Provides technical support, responds to work orders and tickets from the users, analyzes and solves reported network problems.
Assists with producing documentation for installation, network topology, and troubleshooting of communications hardware or software.
Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
Basic networking protocols. (IP, ICMP, SNMP, WMI, VLANS, SWITCHING, ROUTING
Showing persistence, perseverance, and determination.Demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in overcoming challenging situations.
Showing resolve in searching for alternative solutions to problems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
