Procurement Manager (Wireless Network) job is available in major cities of Pakistan (Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore) for a leading Telecommunication company. An ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering along with 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in project management and asset disposal, preferably in the telecom sector.

Procurement Manager (Wireless Network) job role is to oversee the responsible disposal of outdated wireless network equipment through auctions, ensuring regulatory compliance and maximizing return on investment.

Job Responsibilities:

Spend significant time in the field to oversee (as observer) the ongoing Assets Disposal activities related to wireless network infrastructure.
Report observations/findings to the line management, for corrective action.
Prepare auction plans and monitor auction timelines for wireless network disposal projects.
Develop control documents (auction notices, Terms of Reference, Invitation to Bid) in alignment with approved processes.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for wireless network disposal, securing relevant data and developing disposal strategies.
Manage records and databases related to auctions and wireless network disposals.
Provide logistical support to the auction team for conducting auctions.
Collect asset sunset details from stakeholders and maintain categorized records.
