Monitor Daily LOP & LNP backlog reports and resolve challenges.
Maintain follow up with cross functional teams (FM, LM, WH, VOPS, Transport)
Ensure all processes are completed within SLA, challenges should be reported to LM
Must have knowledge of DEXSORTS.O. P– (Hands on experience)
Address operational issues on a timely manner and report escalations to line manager
Receive the customer return, failed delivery packages and send them to their destination as per SOP.
Proven experience of supervising large ground headcount.
Strong administrative skills.
Ensure on-ground vigilance.
Should be able to perform under pressure.
