Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our esteemed team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, from generating leads to closing deals, while maintaining exceptional customer service throughout.


  • Build a strong network of potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated with market trends.
  • Schedule and conduct property showings, provide insightful advice, and guide clients through the purchasing or leasing process.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints, and present suitable properties accordingly.

  • Proven track record in real estate sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including current pricing trends, property types, and neighborhoods.
  • Familiarity with relevant legal and financial regulations and procedures.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and achieving results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
