  • Strong experience in understanding architectural drawings and preparing BIM models.
  • Proficiency in reading and reviewing drawings, coordinating with departments.
  • Ability to review scope of work, produce detailed drawings, and assess finished drawings.
  • Ability to understand SCAN data (pointcloud) and work to turn this data into a 3D model.
  • Revit template upkeep and improvement
  • Collaboration: Actively participate in multidisciplinary project meetings and provide valuable input related to these systems. Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication, resolve conflicts, and facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse project teams
  • Detail-oriented approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within project timelines.

R&D

  • As designed vs As-built
  • Floor flatness analysis
  • BIM360 collaboration
  • Overseas BIM partners
  • New products and deliverable creation

MUST HAVE

  • Should be proficient at Revit
  • MEP experience is a Plus
  • Must know how to turn Point cloud Scan to 3D BIM Models
  • Should be able to export CAD drawings from 3D models
  • Fluency in English required
