This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful international retail business as a Regional HR Manager.

The Role;

To provide a high quality and commercially focused HR service.
To keep up to date with employment legislation and best practice.
Responsible for developing effective working relationships whilst and able to work cross functionally to deliver common business objectives.
Influence, coach and guide management through a variety of employment law and complex employee relations matters, advising on best practice resolutions.
Manage the employee sickness and absence policy and process, working with management to ensure all cases are dealt with in a timely and appropriate manner.
Provide guidance and support regarding Maternity Leave/Pay, Flexible Working, Paternity/Parental Leave.
To support Managers in positively managing performance and conduct of employees during their employment with the Company.
Maintain up to date knowledge and understanding of employment law and HR best practice to ensure advice and guidance is both accurate and up-to-date; and in turn ensure that stakeholders are appropriately updated on new employment legislation and good practices are implemented within the remit of influence.

About you;

- You’ll have experience of working in a generalist HR role, either currently working as a HR Manager or as a Senior HR Advisor looking for your next step up.
- Excellent up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practice in policies and processes.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and HR Systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and influence as well as having the confidence to challenge current practices appropriately.
- You’ll have the ability to work in an autonomous, decision-making role.
