Job Description (Brief)

Data Analytics and HR Budgeting and Reporting.
Assist in defining an equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that is aligned to our strategy and business goals
Prepare work sheets for Increments, Promotions and Bonus cycle as per bank policies and reports to all relevant stakeholders.
Liaise with all stakeholders in conducting salary survey to gather salary benchmarking, compensation review when required & assist in designing a compensation package based on business goals and strategy
Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations and market practice.
Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports.
