Greet customers warmly and ascertain purpose of their visit to Health Plus Distributors.
Attempt to resolve the problems by proposing solutions to the customer inquiries.
To make sure that the complaints are valid and must do whatever they can within bounds of their authority to make sure the customer is satisfied.
To verify the accuracy of appointments from customers and route them to their respect departments.
Initiates required action for reporting to relevant departments.
Compile and maintain all required paperwork, records, and documents etc.
Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills. Keep records of all calls.
Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution.
Understand and appropriately use the company policies.
To provide information regarding departments.
To guide customers to the concerned departments.
To send all IT reports to companies.
To receive all incoming mail and handover to the doorstep to the concerned person.
Communicates, implements and interprets client service policies and procedures with clients, client service personnel, and with other departments.
To maintain return record.
To monitor CCTV.
To keep record visitor’s details
To monitor and keep record of Gate Passes.
To supervise the house keeping staff.
Any other task assigned by the Management
